Important Notice: New U.S. Tariff Policy & Shipping Updates

Due to recent U.S. tariff regulations, shipments to the United States may be subject to additional customs duties.

Key Updates:

• Tariffs on Products from China & Hong Kong: A 10-30% tariff is already in effect. Customers may need to pay additional fees upon arrival in U.S. Customs.
• 25% Tariff on Shipments from Canada: Originally set to take effect in February, this has been postponed by 30 days and is now expected to begin in early March 2025.
• Customer Responsibility: Any tariffs or import duties imposed by U.S. Customs must be paid by the recipient. Bangkok Meat Balls will not cover these charges.
• Shipping Delays: Orders may experience longer processing times due to customs inspections.
• No Refunds for Undeliverable Parcels: If a package is returned or undeliverable due to unpaid tariffs, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
