  • Ingredients: 90% Rice Flour, 10% Water

  • Origin: Thailand

  • Cooking Instructions: Soak in cool water for 6-8 minutes before cooking. Avoid over-soaking or overcooking, as this can cause the noodles to break.

+ These noodles are all gluten-free. 

How to use different sizes ?

  1. 1mm (Small)

    Perfect for pairing with soup, as they soak up the broth.
    Suggested Dishes: Vietnamese Beef Broth Noodles (Phở) , Thai Boat Noodle (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ)

  2. 3mm (Medium) & 5mm (Large)

    Ideal for stir-frying. These noodles have a chewy, firm texture that holds up well.
    Suggested Dishes: Pad Thai (ผัดไทย)

  3. 10mm (Extra-Large)

    Commonly used in Chinese cuisine for stir-fry dishes, thanks to their hearty texture.
    Suggested Dishes: Stir-Fry Beef Rice Noodles (乾炒牛河)
