Changes & Cancellation Policy
Customers wishing to make changes to an order must notify us via email within 1 hour of placing the order. Please include your order number and the details of the requested changes.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any products.
Please inspect your order upon reception. Any defective, damaged or wrong items, you must report to us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Delivery Policy
In the event of a delivery failure, customers are required to contact BMB via email with alternative delivery options. Any additional delivery fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
