How can I change my order?
You can change your order within 2 hours of placing it. Simply send an email to us at cs@bangkokfoods.com with detailed instructions, and we'll assist you with the changes
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Where do you ship?
Despite being based in Toronto, Canada, we offer shipping across the country, U.S.A, and globally.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size, and will be automatically provided during checkout. For addresses in Canada, we now offer free shipping on all orders over CA$100—no hidden fees!
How long does it take to receive my package?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
How can I change my delivery details?
Once your order is out for shipping, we are unable to change it on our end. You may need to contact the courier directly for assistance.

What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any products.
What if there are missing or damaged items?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must report them to us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
What if the parcel fails to be delivered?
In the event of a delivery failure, please contact BMB via email to arrange alternative delivery options. Please note that any additional delivery fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
