Royal Ox Deep Fry Rice Paper (Bánh Tráng Mỹ Tho) is perfect for making your own Vietnamese deep fried spring rolls at home! Strong, stretchy, and ideal for deep frying, it ensures a crunchy texture.
Tips for Making Perfect Spring Rolls:
1. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of sugar into water (optional for browning).
2. Soak one rice paper wrapper in the sugar water for 10-15 seconds (avoid over-soaking).
3. Add your desired filling ingredients.
4. Fold the sides over the fillings and roll tightly.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
6. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before frying. Fry for 5-6 minutes until light golden brown.
